High temperature resistant conveyor belt ST630 Special Conveyor Belts

Used to transport high temperature materials in demanding industrial applications.

Classification

Ordinary heat-resistant belts: Strength layer made of polyester cotton canvas (CC56)
Strong heat-resistant conveyor belts: Strength layer made of EP (specifically divided into EP100, EP150, EP200, EP250, EP300, EP350, EP400, EP450, EP500, etc.)

Purpose and Applications

Primarily used in metallurgy, construction, and related industries to transport high-temperature materials including sinter, coke, and cement clinker. The material temperature does not exceed 800℃, with belt surface temperature not exceeding 220℃.

Standards and Specifications

Complies with the "Conveyor Belt with Rubber or Plastic Covering Layer of General Purpose Fabric Core Conveyor Belt" standard, adopting the draft international standard ISO/FDIS14890-1999.

The heat-resistant conveyor belt is constructed from multiple layers of rubber cotton canvas (poly-cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high-temperature or heat-resistant rubber and bonded together through high-temperature vulcanization. Suitable for conveying hot coke, cement, slag below 175°C, and hot castings.

Specifications are identical to ordinary conveyor belts
Product implements the HG2297-92 standard
